Once only worn by middle aged men and second graders, this one piece style is making a come back.... on the slopes.

I saw this one piece in the window of a ski shop while we were in Jackson Hole... I went in, hoping and praying they'd have my size. They didn't of course. But this "SkyLab by Roxy" looks ravishing! A stylish belt, fur (faux) hoodie! Oh my.

I can't wait to get one of these later this year or next year. So cute. They're the next best thing to leg warmers and jellies.

Oh, and keeps the snow out and the body heat in!

Be still my heart. Onesie here I come.

Happy Anniversary to me

Happy anniversary

Three years ago today (around noon pacific time) I had my
snowboarding accident.
Thank you to the people who didn't let me die.
Thank you god for not taking me just yet.
And thank you to my hair for growing back. Finally.

Life is pretty good.

Over the weekend a 42 year old man died in a skiing accident at Heavenly resort.  Apparently they were in Mott Canyon (one of my favorite spots) and he went off a cliff and slid 1000 feet! Poor guy wasn't wearing a helmet.

This is to remind all of you skiers & snowboarders, please never go up without your helmet. Speaking from first hand experience, brain surgery is NOT a walk in the park.

Here's a picture of me with my helmet. No, it's not attractive but I don't want any more holes drilled in my head. And I certainly don't want to be flown off a mountain again. It's expensive.
