Don't you hate it when something suddenly happens that makes you reflect on someone from your past? 

Maybe you heard a song that made you think of that person you'd rather not think about right now...a lost friend/loved one. 

Or, you were in an elevator with someone that was wearing the same cologne/perfume as your ex. It's like a kick in the nuts (I'm guessing cuz I don't actually have any).

I'm not sure if women are programmed differently than men (since I only know things from a woman's view) but I'm pretty sensory aware. And I tend to associate people with random things... And those random things pop up when I'd rather they not.
