1. While walking down the street a man (a not so cute; sort of gave me the creeps looking man) said to me... in a mix of spanish and english "hey lady, do you want company?"

2. I've heard the sad news that Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo have split. Say it isn't so! I'm kidding, who gives two shits?

I wish I had more to report to you Vox, but that's all I've got.

Help me understand something:

Why do I see so many people litter on the streets of San Francisco?  I'm not saying I think it's strictly the homeless that litter, but a majority of the time that's what seems to be the case.

Why don't you treat the streets better?  I mean after all it's where you call home.  If you lived in an apartment would you throw rubbish on the floor? Would you urinate on the walls?

I can't help but gasp every time I see this happen. And I know I probably shouldn't, but I do say something to person when I see it happen, as long as I feel safe (I'd hate to get attacked by a crazy person when I'm strolling through the Tenderloin because I asked someone to pick up bottle.. although people, they are worth money). I'm generally nice and try not to be condescending, but it is my city too.

I saw a man today (not sure if he was homeless or not) that took a few pieces of paper and cut them into small pieces and threw them on the ground as he walked for a block and a half.  I finally saw him go into the post office where I proceeded to follow him. I told him (in a stern voice) that it is not acceptable that he litters. And I told him he should go pick it up. He then proceeded to tell me to keep walking. So I did.

All I'm asking is please treat the parks like you're proud of them, after all you never know when company may be stopping by. Don't you want your bench to be clean?
