So, Phil had mentioned in passing (to his room mate, not even to me directly) that he'd like to see Bob Dylan. Me, being the good girlfriend that I am, bought tickets for us to go see him (Bob Dylan, not the room mate) Monday night.

My dilemma is; I don't know who he is. Now if you know me at all, this won't come as a surprise. I'm not... how do you say.. musically inclined.

I can (and have) googled Bob Dylan. I see here that he's old. And apparently has alot of cds. I also see (and people have told me) he's been very influential in the music industry.

That's all great. But what am I going to hear and see at the concert? Are there any songs that I'll magically know the words to? Have any groups (in my generation) remade any of his classics so I can sing along?
